If you pay cash/coins when passing through a toll, will they record your car?

If you pass through a toll booth instead of using a u-pass and pay cash or coins, will they send you something in the mail to let you know that your car went through the toll booth? Will they take the picture of your car? I want to know if they will send something to you in the mail later on and give you like a record of the time and date of when you went through the toll? I know they do that when you pass through without a u-pass or without paying at all but I wanna know if they do that if you pay through cash or coins. please help. thanks!

There are generally cameras to catch people that didn%26#039;t pay.

I know of no reason, that if you paid, there would be anything sent to your address after passing through the tolls.

If you pay in cash to a teller person, then you can get a receipt.

Yes and No.

It all depends upon the govt authorities. Nowadays certain Countries and local authorities have made it compulsory to record the vehicle details at certain important junctions whereby it may later help them during emegencies.|||I know that on the New York State Thruway they do take a picture of your car and send you a bill. I know because I went to the EZ-Pass lane by accident once.
