its really tough 2 explain these both statements coz 1st a single example wont help u coz there r different treatments for 1 item in these 2 like depreciation and its provisions ,method of charging etc. on the other hand its too difficult to post a detailed statement for both of them they r too long and contain various items and a brief format with just heads wont help u.sorry buddy u will have to take help of a book ,i am doing my b.com and studying both of these topics from a management accounting book by sahitya bhawan publicatons written by Dr.k.L gupta they have really nice concept/formats for both of these topics,formely these both topics used 2 scare me but after consulting this book i got my problems cleared,apart from that there question collection is also good.
