no|||A cash flow note is a promissory note that people pay back. ie.....if you are a bank and loan money for whatever reason, the money they receive is paid back by the borrower as cash.|||You pay this company a lot of money, and then try to find owner financed notes, and try to talk the noteholder to sell the note at a huge loss.

It is a rippoff since almost all financial institutions are competing against you for such notes.|||note really just means loan

so this is a loan that is going to be paid back by cash flow - or over some deisigned term
