I need a cash loan but have bad credit and no bank account?

I am looking to open a personal loan, but I have no bank accouunt and I am unable to open a bank account. The reason why being a long story of someone stealing my identity, but, I have hit some emergencies with medical bills and such and I need a cash loan of about 2-3 grand.
